Job Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 15-20 Customer Service Officers (CSO) to provide customer service hotline to clients
Coach and provide guidance to CSO in order to drive the overall performance to assure the delivery of excellent customer services to clients
Maintain daily operations and achieving the KPI
Prepare statistical report and performance summaries
Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or above
Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant experience in call center
Flexible, self-motivated, service-oriented and with good telephone manner
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
